Deposits required for new clients

Deposits are a way for me and my first time clients to build trust in a space that is held for them and to commit to their appointment. 15% deposits are required when booking any service off of the service menu.

Refund Policy - 

Deposits are non-refundable they are transferable. If appointed is needed to be rescheduled to a different time or day the deposit will be applied towards the rescheduled appointment. The deposit will be subtracted from the overall total at checkout after the service has been completed.

No-show fee

No-shows will be asked to pay 50% of the service booked before rebooking. This policy can be swayed if the situation was an emergency or out of the clients control. Loyal clients will be reached out to first before policy is enforced.
